Raposo BJJ Academy Terms Of Service for All Cryotherapy Sessions

Please read this Terms of Service ("Terms," "Terms of Service") carefully before scheduling or submitting payment for Cryo Chamber sessions provided by No Plan B, LLC, DBA Raposo BJJ Academy. The Terms of Service contain important information regarding limitations of our liability, your responsibilities in scheduling and cancelling appointments, and our renumeration policy for missing appointments or arriving late.
The General Release provides information and considerations for the customer before engaging in Cryotherapy Chamber Sessions. The general release must be signed before a single session, or the initial session of a package, is initiated. The general release may be signed in person, or electronically, but must be read in its entirety.
Any questions or concerns will be addressed by the technician prior to the session.
Scheduling will be accomplished via the cryotherapy page at raposobjjacademy.com or by calling Raposo BJJ Academy directly. Each session is scheduled at fifteen-minute increments and individual sessions will be booked by the customer on the afore-mentioned cryotherapy page at raposobjjacademy.com or by calling Raposo BJJ Academy directly. The sessions will be filled on a first come basis and the customer will receive confirmation for that session via email once the session is properly booked and payment received.
Customers must arrive on time for their scheduled session to allow for dress down, the actual session, and after session redressing. Each customer will have fifteen minutes of blocked time, with the actual session lasting no longer than three minutes.
For customers who purchase packages with more than 1 session, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to schedule each session via the cryotherapy page at raposobjjacademy.com or by calling Raposo BJJ Academy directly and verify they received a confirmed appointment via email, prior to arriving at Raposo BJJ Academy. Failure of the customer to schedule some or all paid sessions will not result in remuneration.
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to give a minimum 24-hour cancellation or need to reschedule notice for all confirmed sessions. A proper cancellation or reschedule notification is completed by 1) utilizing the cancel / reschedule link from the appointment confirmation, 2) providing written communication directly to Raposo BJJ Academy in the form of email or text or 3) calling Raposo BJJ Academy directly, speaking to one of our representatives and receiving a cancellation or reschedule confirmation via email. If a cancellation is not received within the 24-hour limit, the session will be considered booked, the customer will be charged and the cost is non-refundable.
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to arrive on time for all confirmed sessions. For the purposes of this term, “On Time” is no later than three minutes past the time of the confirmed session, with the Gym’s Mat Clock being the measure. If the customer arrives more than three minutes past the scheduled session, the session may be rescheduled.
Payments will be received via the cryotherapy page at raposobjjacademy.com or by calling Raposo BJJ Academy directly and will be processed by a secure third-party processor.
For all sessions, whether single or packaged, payments are due prior to the session.
All payments will be made via credit or debit card.
Customers will be limited to three sessions per week, with single session per day.
Customers may select a session lasting between one and three minutes, however if a session of less than three minutes is selected the temperature of the chamber may not reach the optimal level.
All purchased single sessions and packages are not transferable and must be used within one year of purchase.
No Plan B LLC, DBA Raposo BJJ Academy makes no medical claims for Cyrotherapy Chamber sessions, and these sessions are in no way medical treatments.
